Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. During busy periods, this may be longer.

Orders are shipped on weekdays only, excluding bank holidays.

Shipping
Orders shipped via standard shipping may take up to 3-4 business days to arrive, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

Orders shipped via express shipping may take up to 1-3 business days to arrive, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

The cut-off time for express delivery is 12:00pm.

Couriers
You may receive your order via Royal Mail, DHL Parcel UK or DPD. 

Delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
